Return & Refund Policy

Our prints are made to order.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at karol@karoltru.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damage or defect

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will send the correct item immediately.

Non-returnable items

  • Prints in correct condition as ordered

  • Framed prints where the frame has been handled or hung

  • Digital downloads

Return shipping:
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by Karol Tru Photography for defective items.

Refund processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
